- Departments and Duties
- Design Research Institute is operated with a few experts. Thus, the roles of each one are very important. If you have enthusiasm with progressive attitude, SAMCO secures the autonomy as much as you want depending on your ability. Then, we can make great growth through a variety of business opportunities within a short time. The detailed works include general design trend research and investigation, concept development, space design and proposal creation. SAMCO will be your basis to advance as the marketer as well as designer.
- Future Plan
- The scope of clients has been expanded from office and financial institutes in the past to the medical service, culture, education and commercial space. So we experience a variety of interesting space design. On the basis of the expertise of SAMCO accumulated through the communication with clients for a long time, I will be the multi-designer for integrated design service. Furthermore, I want to be the designer like Santa Claus who can present warmhearted emotion and fine smile through true user-focused design.

- I am working as the site manager as the remodeling expert related to electricity in the training facility. I also manage building extension and mechanic facility even though I am the electricity expert. Such experience develops my ability as the integrated leader managing all processes as the remodeling project manager. Remodeling manager needs to secure the preparation for systematic construction work from the planning stage to satisfy the needs of owners and tenants and a variety of restrictions in a relevant site. To this end, remodeling manager executes extensive businesses including planning, design review, approval on materials and inspection.
- Future Plan
- On the basis of a variety of remodeling projects including office, educational facility, medical facility and broadcasting company, I will be the remodeling expert preferred by clients as continuously increasing clients’ reliability with the best quality and safer and more strict standards.

- I am managing accounting businesses in Management Department. Accounting management doesn’t allow any errors. So I strive to accurately execute the work. SAMCO is the sound company based on strict standards even for invisible fields enough to get the best evaluation even in tax inspection. I am faithfully executing my duties to make SAMCO more reliable than we can see.

- I will be the HR leader by extending the scope of human resource management as the expert on finance and business accounting on the basis of the practical experience. I am confident that SAMCO will be the reliable supporter.

- Departments and Duties
- I have been working in SAMCO for 17 years. When I joined SAMCO, I worked in ENC team in the head office where extensively managed investment and maintenance works for about 100 offices for 3 years. At that time, I could gradually understand a variety of needs from tenants and administrators on the physical features and administration aspects of existing buildings. On the basis of such experience, I took the responsibilities as the project manager for remodeling projects and became the specialized CMR for integrated management by developing and implementing a variety of techniques and suggesting the construction approaches considering the features and tenants of buildings. The most significant feature of remodeling by SAMCO is the total solution on an equal footing with clients with reliability. Joining SAMCO means you can get the opportunity to develop yourself as the integrated construction manager who can work with global enterprises as well as a variety of experiences more than you think.
- Future Plan
- I acquired the engineer and energy assessor license through the self-development program of SAMCO. Without being satisfied with that, I will continue my endeavor to secure higher competitiveness as a member of SAMCO. Furthermore, I will expand my scope as the professional CMR for integrated construction management by participating in the global businesses through global human network of SAMCO.

- Design Team in Strategy Business Department establishes a variety of plans related to offices and welfare and health spaces for employees. Like a small seed grows up to a tree and bears fruits, Design Team specifies the projects from the discussion stage through communication with clients and establishes the general design processes to the completion of construction. I feel I become more thoughtful as times go by because I design the space for others even though it is my duty. I feel proud as experiencing the process which my thoughts become visualized and embodied and watching people build the creative culture in the space I designed.
- Future Plan
- I would like to challenge the global businesses by accumulating abilities and expanding the scope of businesses and viewpoints through a variety of duties. Moreover, I will be the leader sharing affectionate value and positive impacts as SAMCO man who can support SAMCO to be the social enterprise.
